André Joseph's Packard Coldshot Trailer #1 & Priceless

Check this trailer out. André always wanted to do films as a kid he would come from Staten Island to Brooklyn with all his props, Camera and would use, his cousin, me, and other kids from the block as his actors in his short film's. Boy I would like to see some of those, I wonder If he has any of them archived. But you could see his excitement and ambition as a kid. He was serious about his craft throughout the years. His film "Priceless" made a World Premiere in the Tribeca film festival back in October of this year. Be sure to look for the talented Writer, Director, and Actor Mr. Joseph in the near future. At the age of 25, his possibilities are endless.

Us Placers video directed by Va$htie Kola

This has been out for a little while now and is a spec video. But I have to admit when I first saw it I thought it was the real McCoy. I Loved the whole concept, very creative and well put together, It's like the video "The Sky's the Limit" by The Notorious B.I.G remixed and those little kids really favor the actual people that they were meant to portray. I think Vashtie Kola is a smart, talented, and beautiful young lady to look for now and the near future. She has a bunch of different ventures going on including her clothing line Violette. She is also one half of 1992. They are truly paying homage and representing the Original Heads in a time when Hip Hop is in great despair. We'll it depends on who you ask. I'm talking from a mature near 25 year-old perspective. Someone that Love's that Black Moon, Mobb Deep Sound, K-Def production with the Lords of the Underground. When me and brother was coming up all we wanted to do is emulate the older kids. I remember my older brother giving me his Fila headband and rocking it immediately cause it was so Hot. I'm going to find that picture. Below the video is a Picture of me and my siblings on an Easter sunday back in the 90's.

Lloyd Moore "Work of Art" De-Icer 3

This is a Hand drawing from a Co-Worker named Lloyd Moore. I scanned it for him and pieced it back together with Indesign, Because the actual drawing was large. I found it quite interesting. The detail work is excellent. I've seen some of his other work, this guy is definitely talented with his pens and markers. He works the evening shift and when he gets off he draws throughout the rest of the night till the morning. He said his apartment is like an Art studio.

The New Fashion Authority-Antenna Magazine Original Heads unofficial Mission Statement

My Partner and best friend introduced me to Antenna Magazine, so it's only right we show our readers some love. Thank you to everyone that has passed through this blog at least once. We really appreciate it and we could not have done it with out you. Original Heads is expanding using our efforts to form a movement and brand for those people who have an Original sense of mind, and take an Original approach to Life. 2009 Is going to be a big year for City and myself. We look forward to the continued support. But back to the post, Look into this great publication. I read one issue and have to say there going to give the others a hard time, because this is a comprehensive magazine that's not using celebrities to push products, It's everyday people with an articulate fashion sense. That's something that I can truly respect and must say that's a void there filling right now. Music, Fashion, life, food & Politics as usual for the Original Heads. Keep the trends going Mr and Ms Setter's. I don't think anyone has ever done this, Big Shout to the whole Internet. Also look forward to Sneaker Freaker Magazine being sold on here real soon.

Plaxico in trouble with Big Blue

It's sad to see another young talented black Athlete in legal trouble again. I didn't post right away because I was listening to legal and public points that were made. Yeah Plaxico Burress broke the law, But for the most part I don't believe he is a criminal and he had intentions on hurting anyone. Thank God he only hurt himself, Otherwise he would be in more trouble than he is already in. I think he had the Glock .40 for protection. But that's what personal bodyguards and the NYPD are for, although they can't be everywhere at a given time. There's times and places in New York City when a flagrant character maybe walking in your direction. Not a soul around to help you, these are the times you may pray and hope God answers your prayers. So I can see Plaxico's position on walking around with a sidearm although he should of took measures to properly secure it. There's others at fault in this situation including the club. Most Clubs don't even want to let off-duty Police Officers in with there firearm. These are the people that go out everyday put there lives on the line to serve and protect. At the end of the day there are so many people that walk around with illegally concealed firearms, with the intentions to commit felonious acts. These people are commonly referred to by Law Enforcement as Perpetrators aka Perps. Greater efforts need to be made to Prosecute people like that and maybe citizens and Athletes might feel a little bit safer and not walk around with weapons.
