Best Chinese food in Brooklyn

This is a little off the topic of music, but then again it is if you make music in Brooklyn. Chances are you might be kind of hungry after a recording session or before. Maybe you just want good take out for a change. This place doesn't deliver but if someone is up for the drive they are open late on the weekdays and weekends. This is the best Chinese food restaurant in Brooklyn. I have been going here for a couple of years but this place has been around since 1976, way before my time. Sometimes I take mines to go or dine in. The prices are reasonable. It's definitely an upgrade from your local Chinese restaurant. Check out this place, It is always busy. I recommend the Salted Baked shrimp S.52, and the Chicken & Broccoli with Garlic Sauce. The Chicken wings are also very good. Kum Kau is on the corner of Myrtle Ave and Washington Ave.
